ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
You are eligible for a refund if you are not satisfied with your store for any reason and may request a refund at any time before end of mentorship period (90 days).
Please fill out the refund form on your suite page. (sent by mentor)
Your business was not built in accordance with the contract you accepted and you have not accepted ownership of the business.
All refund waiting period is 90 days for all ADV plans.
You project was left incomplete by SALESTIGHT and any SALESTIGHT partner/employee.
All refund waiting period is 90 days for all Enterprise plans
Your business was not built in accordance with the contract you accepted before development began.
*In accordance refers to the second part of the contract titled:

You also have not accepted ownership of business through the website.
You are not eligible for a refund until business creation or wait period. If the plan is canceled there is a 5 month wait period to ensure team availability and to capture/transfer to another project.
